The candidate will be a key member of the FDMG organization Leadership Team, working closely and collaborating with all team members.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Management &amp; Delivery</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of strategic and operational projects across business and technology functions.</li><li>Develop project plans with defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li>Identify risks and dependencies; recommend mitigation strategies to ensure project success.</li><li>Track project performance and maintain transparent reporting mechanisms.</li><li>Maintain budget for entire FDMG team.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Planning Support:<ul><li>Support key operational cadences including staff meetings, town halls, and business reviews.</li><li>Assist in quarterly and annual planning activities, including OKR development, resource tracking, and progress reporting.</li><li>Coordinate meeting logistics, materials preparation, and follow-ups to ensure action items are completed.</li><li>Communications &amp; Stakeholder Coordination</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders to develop clear, effective communication materials including presentations, updates, and status reports.</li><li>Facilitate information flow between project teams and leadership to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.</li><li>Promote consistency and clarity in execution across functional areas.</li><li>Continuous Improvement</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance project transparency.</li><li>Recommend tools or frameworks that enhance project and team effectiveness.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Technology, or related areas.</li><li>3 - 6 years of experience in project management, operations, or program coordination.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience crafting executive-facing content.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint &amp; Excel), SharePoint, Confluence, and OneDrive.</li><li>PMP or related certification is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Proven ability to solve problems and plan long-term projects.</li><li>Experience in creating engaging and informative presentations.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work independently and influence without direct authority.</li><li>Commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial management and data analysis.</li></ul>Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
