The Service Operations Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the service department. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy of Repair Orders (ROs) within both CDK and Tools platforms, ensuring alignment and compliance with internal policies and industry standards. This&nbsp;position ensures the efficient and accurate entering of vehicle floor prices, issues gate releases for paid vehicles, and maintains and updates the current commercial accounts database and customer requests. Responsible for timely and accurate vehicle dispatching and posting of charges.  &nbsp;<h2>What are the day-to-day responsibilities?</h2><ul><li>Efficiently entering vehicle information, as provided by sellers, into the auction system. Non-Certified Base Technician - Brand New Shop

The&nbsp;Condition Report (CR) Writer assesses vehicle condition through inspecting vehicles for damage, missing parts and/or mechanical problems. This position is ideal for a technician who thrives in a dynamic work environment—whether performing repairs inside the service center or traveling to customer locations.
