Your day will involve answering questions, resolving escalations, and guiding staff through system configuration, billing workflows, and payer requirements. You'll assist with configuration changes, workflow design sessions, and thorough regression testing to maintain system continuity. A key part of your role includes supporting nationwide payer enrollment and credentialing activities, troubleshooting documentation issues, and coordinating required submissions. You will collaborate closely with IT, reimbursement leadership, and external partners to address system or processing concerns. Reimbursement, RCM Systems Supervisor
