This includes managing OREs and ensuring we meet all timelines. </li><li>Become a subject matter expert for a portfolio of critical business processes/initiatives.&nbsp;Initiate new ideas and processes to improve governance and controls. </li><li>Create tools and trainings in support of operational &amp; strategic initiatives. Create&nbsp;and manage reporting, presentations, and scorecards.</li><li>Be the day-to-day liaison with key operational, compliance, and risk partners to ensure we’re meeting deadlines, advancing longer-term projects, and staying informed.</li><li>Support Vice President in Strategic projects, as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years of project management, risk, product, and/or strategic consulting experience </li><li>Strong project management skills and comfortable with managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines</li><li>Strong communicator with the ability to succinctly and logically convey complex processes/problems to a range of audiences</li><li>Ability to manage and influence stakeholders across different teams and geographies</li><li>Strong strategic acumen and desire to get to the root cause of issues</li><li>Brings a self-starter mindset with proven ability to learn new domains quickly</li><li>Flexibility in working across global time zones, as needed.
