Client Experience Specialist

Systems Engineer Location: Salt Lake City, UT Advanced Process Solutions is an organization focused on process automation tools and technologies for Fidelity’s critical business processes and driving significant improvements in those processes – both local to individual businesses and cross-enterprise. This role is a key driver in matching the ideal process improvement tools and techniques to individual process optimization opportunities. Within Advanced Process Solutions, the Systems Engineering team is responsible for infrastructure solutions, automation, application deployments, monitoring and production support. We are looking for a highly motivated associate with expertise in engineering and production operations. As a Systems Engineer, you will work closely with engineering teams to deploy applications and customer support and business teams to coordinate incident response. You will also work with enterprise infrastructure teams to maintain and support on-prem non-production and production infrastructure.
